    Lifesaver during the cyclone

    I bought a case in preparation for our baby due in February. He came early, late December, and had to stay in the SCBU. Then the cyclone hit and we were stranded in the country with no power or water. We bathed ourselves using these wipes. They worked very well for this purpose. We have now also gotten to use them on the sprog and they do that task as well.

    Nice wipes, packaging could be better

    Great that packaging is made from recycled plastic, but wish it could be recycled as well. Don’t like the feeling of throwing it in the bin.

    Easily home compostable

    I have always been using these terra wipes for my baby and it has good thickness and clean the mess well without using lot of wipes. And top of that it is gentle & biodegradable easily home compostable

    Must Have for Newborn

    I love these! They’re more affordable and the wipes are larger than the water wipes brand. The packaging makes it easier to pull each sheet out individually unlike the other wipes brand. I’ll be sticking with these for a long time!

    At Terra we aim to dispatch all orders within two business days via NZ Post CourierPost. Given the demands on the courier network due to Covid orders are currently taking long than expected, please check with CourierPost for expected delivery once you have been notified that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

    Currently TERRA does not ship orders outside of New Zealand.

    Order tracking

    When you've placed an order with TERRA, you will first be sent an email confirmation with the particulars of your purchase. When your order has been seen by our warehousing team, they will begin processing it and you will receive a second email.


    The second email that you receive will contain a tracking number which you can click on to visit the CourierPost website and view the delivery status of your order. From there, you can opt in to receive text and/or email updates regarding your delivery status.
