At Terra we aim to dispatch all orders within two business days via NZ Post CourierPost. Given the demands on the courier network due to Covid orders are currently taking long than expected, please check with CourierPost for expected delivery once you have been notified that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Currently TERRA does not ship orders outside of New Zealand.
Order tracking
When you've placed an order with TERRA, you will first be sent an email confirmation with the particulars of your purchase. When your order has been seen by our warehousing team, they will begin processing it and you will receive a second email.
The second email that you receive will contain a tracking number which you can click on to visit the CourierPost website and view the delivery status of your order. From there, you can opt in to receive text and/or email updates regarding your delivery status.
