Order tracking

When you've placed an order with TERRA, you will first be sent an email confirmation with the particulars of your purchase. When your order has been seen by our warehousing team, they will begin processing it and you will receive a second email.

The second email that you receive will contain a tracking number which you can click on to visit the CourierPost website and view the delivery status of your order. From there, you can opt in to receive text and/or email updates regarding your delivery status.

A Soft and Gentle Choice!

Absolutely love these nappies! They're so soft on my baby’s skin, and I haven’t had any issues with leaks. I feel great knowing they’re biodegradable too! It’s a win for my baby and the planet.

The worst nappies

Could give zero stars if possible - do not buy and waste your money!
Leaks after only a couple of hours, was advised to size up despite my baby being well within the size range for newborns and to change him more often. Apparently he can’t get through one nap without multiple nappy changes with this brand

Best Nappies Ever!

I've tried several brands of nappies, but Terra is by far the best! They are incredibly absorbent, and I appreciate the eco-friendly aspect. My baby seems much more comfortable in them, and I love the cute designs too. Will keep buying!

They leak!

They leak after just a few hours of wearing them. I have been putting reusable nappy shells over these so I can still use them without pee soaking through to my baby’s clothes and needing to change his clothes every time I change a nappy. Not worth purchasing.

Disappointed, leaks right through

Very disappointed, at first I thought they were great quality nappies but after a couple hours on our newborn, her clothes were wet cause it leaked right through the whole nappy. Wouldn’t recommend
