Order tracking

The second email that you receive will contain a tracking number which you can click on to visit the CourierPost website and view the delivery status of your order. From there, you can opt in to receive text and/or email updates regarding your delivery status.

Brittle, way too easy to rip

Honestly, I'm really surprised how bad these were. They are so brittle that just opening the bag can cause them to tear. Putting anything in also causes it to rip. Air gets trapped? Torn. Tying the bag closed? Never actually made that far.

I'm guessing that based on the good reviews being older, that myself and other recent buyers have most likely received a dud batch. It would be nice if quality control had caught the issue, and I hope the Terra team are on to it. Just wish it was caught before I bought 3 boxes.

Love Terra, Hate the bio bags

I love Terra nappies. But these bio bags are terrible. I haven't been able to open a single bag without it ripping apart. The first time I used one I went to drop a nappy in it and it hit the floor. Thought I missed the bag that I was holding. So there is no way I’d even try to use these for doggy waste unless I wanted it all over my hands. Terra you need to carry out some more product testing on this product.
I just throw the whole box away when it comes in my subscription.

Really stupid nappy bags

These shouldn't even be sold. Really thin and easy to rip. Doesn't even deserve a one star rating. It's really irritating to know these are even being sold because it's a rip off. Literally is. Should be banned. Stop selling these if they rip so easy.

The worst nappy bags!!!

You could literally open the bag up and it'll already start ripping into pieces. Not worth buying. Why even make nappy bags when it can't even open let alone hold a nappy in it. Disgusted!

Great product

I am very happy with these bags. I find it reassuring to know that Terra products are biodegradable as well as good quality.
