Newborn Nappies 24s - Value Pack (8*24s)

We purchased a bundle pack for our new born as we were so excited about being able to use conpostable nappies however they leaked every single time. We can't use them. Though we had to wait till he was bugger but he is now almost 5 kgs and we still can't use them.

So they don't work as advertised as we would like our money back.

I have also tried calling terra to ask for advice and everything the phone line just goes through to what sounds like a pocket dial- just machine noises in the background.

I've tried size 1 and 2 for my baby and both leaked constantly. "12+ hours of breathable dryness" is a bold claim when my baby would leak through overnight in less than 3 hours. I troubleshooted the fit and tried the two different sizes and it did not help. The customer service is also terrible, they claim to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy but refused to offer a refund for 4 unopened packets of nappies. I would not recommend, in fact, I'd actively warn you off purchasing from this company.

Newborn size/size 1 has been soaking all the way through after only a short wear time.
It's not a leak or sizing issue as the exact same size from another brand, does not have this result.
Very disappointed. Pretty stressful having only just given birth. Maybe a bad batch, taking into consideration the other positive reviews?

Absolutely love these nappies! They're so soft on my baby’s skin, and I haven’t had any issues with leaks. I feel great knowing they’re biodegradable too! It’s a win for my baby and the planet.
